WXZJ-T20A Series Integrated Temperature Transmitter

The integrated temperature transmitter is a field-mounted temperature transmitter unit in instrumentation, used in conjunction with industrial thermocouples and RTDs. It employs a two-wire transmission method (two wires serve as the common transmission line for both power input and signal output). It converts industrial thermocouple and RTD signals into 4-20mA or 0-10mA output signals that are linear with the input signal or temperature.

1. Input Signal: Thermocouple: K, E, J, B, S, T, N. RTD: Pt100, Cu50,

Cu100 (three-wire, four-wire). The input signal of the intelligent temperature transmitter can be arbitrarily set via a handheld device or PC;

2. Output Signal: Outputs 4-20mA DC signal within the range, linear with the input signal of the thermocouple or RTD or with temperature. The intelligent temperature transmitter outputs a 4-20mA DC signal while superimposing communication compliant with the HART standard protocol; Isolated temperature transmitter: Input and output are isolated, with an isolation voltage of 500V, enhancing common-mode interference resistance, making it more suitable for computer networking;

3. Basic Error: 0.5%FS, 0.2%FS, intelligent type 0.2%FS;

4. Wiring Method: Two-wire, three-wire, four-wire;

5. Display Method: Four-digit LCD displays on-site temperature; the intelligent four-digit LCD can be set via PC or handheld device to display on-site temperature, sensor value, output current, and percentage ratio among other parameters;

6. Operating Voltage: Standard model 12V-35V, intelligent type 12V-45V, rated operating voltage is 24V;

7. Permissible Load Resistance: 500Ω (24VDC power supply); Maximum load resistance R(max)=50(Vmin-12), for example, at a rated operating voltage of 24V, the load resistance can be selected within the range of 0-600Ω;

8. Operating Environment: a: Ambient temperature -25 to +80℃ (standard type)

-25 to +70℃ (digital display type)

-25 to +75℃ (intelligent type)

b: Relative humidity: 5%-95%

c: Mechanical vibration f≤50Hz, amplitude ≤0.15mm
